Since March 2024
Kiani Ventures started as an Angel Syndicate in March 2024 with just 4 members. Today we are a thriving community of 500+ members where we help investors to invest in the following asset classes:
- Early Stage Startups
- Pre- IPO/Unlisted Shares
- Secondary Deals and many more in the days to come
We have partnered with Invstt Angel Fund to ensure that all legal compliances are taken care of and all investments for startups is routed via the Angel fund, so there is a single entry on Captable.
We also help early stage startups and mid size companies to raise equity funding through our network of VC funds, Family Offices and other institutional investors. We also help companies raise debt funding on a selective basis who fulfil certain financial criteria through our partners.
We have also recently moved into M&A space where we help companies on both sell-side and buy- side requirements.
