No, All investments are routed via Invstt. Angel Fund AIF , so there is a single entry on Cap Table.
- Is Angel Investment Risky?

Yes, All investments carry a certain risk factor, so does Angel Investment. We do a thorough evaluation and Due Diligence ( DD) on the startups before presenting them to the members, which reduces the risk substantially
- How do exits happen for Angel investments and in how many years?

Exits for Angel investments happen through 3 ways 1) Secondary sales to other investors 2) Mergers and Acquisitions ( M&A) 3) IPO. It normally takes minimum 2-3 years to get a good exit.
